El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant has consistently given their customers first class service, and their menu items are cooked to perfection and served hot. The Margie's are cold, perfect strength, and flavorful. We have been coming here for years, and they never disappoint us at any of their locations in Clive or Urbandale. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend it. Take the family and enjoy an evening out with the best Mexican food around.

Whatever problem you’re facing in life, it will be fixed by a pitcher of El Rodeo Special Margaritas and a bowl of queso. You can thank me later. My husband could probably eat their choripollo every day forever, he has yet to find one he loves more. And trust me, he has tried.

It was a pleasant visit and very accommodating, as I visited with three children. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the prices were very fair as well. The building was well kept, and the bathroom was clean. I highly recommend El Rodeo, I would visit again. The chips and salsa were some of the best I’ve had!

It was my first time there and I enjoyed the experience. The layout was nice and really had the Mexican feel to it. The food was good as well, compared to other Mexican restuarants. We had a table for 10 people and the food came out in good time and the service was on point. Definitely will go back for more.

We stopped in for dinner late on a slow night after a recent snowstorm. Service was very fast and polite, and the food was delicious. If you like sweet and savory, try the Pollo Hawaiiano!! My partner got fish tacos and liked those, as well. Drinks menu has nonalcoholic options available and we appreciate that.

Great place for a Taco Chicken Fajitas Salad and Spinach Dip. Everything was fresh, tasty and ultimately full of crunchiness. This is a place that had no wait time, good in and out parking and a delightful staff with reasonable prices.
